An omellete a day keeps you healthy and fresh for the day!

A lot of people are fond of only veggies and just have them, but a whole lot of people are there who’re really fond of eggetarian food and love to explore the world of eggs. It’s really fascinating that how a small oval piece of egg can be transformed or cooked into such delicious recipes!

When you are feeling hungry out of the blue and you wish to have something that is filling and delicious too, then you can try out a Spanish Omelette Recipe.  A Spanish Omelette is really easy to make and is very delicious too. You can have it with a cup of tea and it tastes so wonderful.

Hands down, the easiest chicken Manchurian recipe online

Who has not heard about Chicken Manchurian? Or let me put it in a better way, who has not, on this planet (Barring the veggies), eaten Chicken Manchurian?

Chicken Manchurian can be prepared with great ease. What you need is ingredients and a recipe that teaches you the art of making this dish in simple words. And here is that chicken manchurian recipe:
Key Ingredients:
• Chicken
• Egg
• All Purpose Flour
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Vegetable Oil
• Onion
• Capsicum
• Vinegar, Salt
• Tomato Puree
• Corn flour
• Soya Sauce
• Celery

First and foremost, mix together the chicken, egg, flour, garlic and ginger paste, and ajino moto with water; make sure the water is enough to have a thick batter.
Now leave this mixture aside for about 5-10 minutes.

Now it is time to heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop heaped teaspoonful of batter and fry to a golden brown.

Now, it is time to take 2 Tbsp of oil, and stir-fry the garlic and onion in it over high heat, till the onions turn brownish. Add the capsicum and turn around a few times.

It’s almost done now. Just add the sauce mixture, and simmer till the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.

Add the fried balls, turn around a few times and serve. You can try this recipe anytime, any day for your friends and family. And yes, be ready for many compliments!

Gift your kid California prunes and see how they get happy!

My kid is having his summer holidays and this is the period when he gets on to my nerves! He literally keeps asking me for some or the other thing and wants to get my attention. My husband too is out of town and my son like waits for such a long period to see what he gets for him.

And it really is a surprise for him because at times they are chocolates, toys, and sometimes completely something as whacky as prunes!

He really likes prunes and that is why he does not get it that often. When he does not get it that often, then he really waits for me to coax my husband too get it so that he can savor it and have it as and when he wants to have it.

In the morning whenever I get up the first thing that comes to my mind is to have pineapples. Yes, this has been a ritual in our family for years and everyone in my family likes pineapples.
