Who has not heard about Chicken Manchurian? Or let me put it in a better way, who has not, on this planet (Barring the veggies), eaten Chicken Manchurian?

Chicken Manchurian can be prepared with great ease. What you need is ingredients and a recipe that teaches you the art of making this dish in simple words. And here is that chicken manchurian recipe:
Key Ingredients:
• Chicken
• Egg
• All Purpose Flour
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Vegetable Oil
• Onion
• Capsicum
• Vinegar, Salt
• Tomato Puree
• Corn flour
• Soya Sauce
• Celery

First and foremost, mix together the chicken, egg, flour, garlic and ginger paste, and ajino moto with water; make sure the water is enough to have a thick batter.
Now leave this mixture aside for about 5-10 minutes.

Now it is time to heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop heaped teaspoonful of batter and fry to a golden brown.

Now, it is time to take 2 Tbsp of oil, and stir-fry the garlic and onion in it over high heat, till the onions turn brownish. Add the capsicum and turn around a few times.

It’s almost done now. Just add the sauce mixture, and simmer till the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.
