Arrabiata pasta sauce – much more than just a delicious sauce

Sauces are easy to make, and add a world of taste to the main dish. So here in this blog post, we will tell you about Arrabiata pasta sauce that you can make at home. You just need a few ingredients and a few minutes. So shall we start?

Ingredients:

• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
• One brown onion (finely chopped)
• Two garlic cloves ( finely chopped)
• Three red chilies; make sure they are small, and halved, deseeded, and finely chopped
• 35-40g baby rocket leaves
• 2 x 400g cans peeled tomatoes
• One tablespoon tomato paste
• Two teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Here is the process:

First, take a large frying pain to heat the oil over medium heat.

Now add onion and garlic. Cook and stir it for about 3 minutes. Add chilies and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.

It is time to add tomatoes. Cook and stir for about 15 minutes; wait until the sauce thickens.

Now stir in vinegar. You can season it with salt and pepper.

It is time to toll the thing with the pasta. Now just add rocket and serve to your loved-ones.
